Every green action adds up to a greener world – so we encourage you to start receiving your quarterly statements and trade confirmations through Account Access instead of by mail. If every ICMA-RC plan participant opted to go paperless, together we would save nearly 1.3 million sheets of paper per year.

    What are Online Statements and Confirmations?

    Online statements and confirmations have exactly the same content as paper documents. However, rather than being printed on paper and mailed to you, they come in the form of downloadable PDF files available via Account Access. Once you have downloaded a statement or confirmation you may view it, and if you want a paper version, you can print a copy and keep it for your records. (Some services may not be available in all plans.)

    How long are statements and confirmations available for viewing?

    The previous 18 months of quarterly statements are available to all participants. For participants who sign up for online confirmations, 18 months’ worth are also available for viewing.

    Will my statement cycle change?

    Changing to online statements will not affect the statement cycle. Statements will continue to be generated on a quarterly basis. However, you will be able to view your statement sooner than if you receive it by mail.

    When will my statement be available? Will I be notified?

    Online statements are available 10 business days after the last business day of the quarter. If you have selected email notification, we will send an email as soon as the statements are available to view.

    How do I sign up for online statements?

    • Log in to Account Access at www.icmarc.org
    • Click on the “Statements and Confirms” tab.
    • When the sub-menu expands, click on “Sign up for online statements and confirmations.”
    • Scroll down to “Online Statements and Confirm Options.”
    • Check “Stop Receiving Your Quarterly Statements in the Mail” to select online statements.
    • You will automatically begin receiving email notifications when statements are available for viewing. If you wish to stop receiving email notifications and go back to receiving paper documents, select “No, I do not wish to receive email notification.”

    How do I sign up for Online Confirmations?

    • Log in to Account Access at www.icmarc.org
    • Click on the “Statements and Confirms” tab.”
    • When the sub-menu expands, click on “Sign up for online statements and confirmations.”
    • Scroll down to “Online Statements and Confirm Options.”
    • Check “Confirmations” to select Online Confirmations.
    • You will automatically begin receiving email notifications when transaction confirmations are available for viewing.

    How do I view and print my statement or confirmation?

    • Log in to Account Access at www.icmarc.org
    • Click on the “Statement and Confirms” tab.
    • All participants will be able to see a list of quarterly statements. If you have signed up for Online Confirmations, you will automatically see a list of quarterly statements and transaction confirmations. If you have not signed up for Online Confirmations, you will only be able to view quarterly statements.
    • Click on the document you wish to see and it will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
    • To print it, click on the “Print” icon.

    What if I have a new email address?

    If you have changed your email address or would prefer email notifications to be sent to an alternate address, you must change it in Account Access.

    • Log in to Account Access at www.icmarc.org.
    • Click on the “Manage My Account” tab.
    • When the sub-menu expands, select “Personal Information.”
    • Scroll down and click on the link labeled “Change Email.”
    • Enter your new email address twice and click “Submit.”

    Can I go back to paper statements and confirmations?

    Yes. Simply update your delivery options in Account Access.

    • Log in to Account Access at www.icmarc.org.
    • Click on the “Statements and Confirms” tab.
    • When the sub-menu expands, click on “Sign up for online statements and confirmations.”
    • Scroll down to “Online Statements and Confirm Options.”
    • Un-check “Stop Receiving Your Quarterly Statements in the Mail” to stop online statements.
    • Un-check “Confirmations” to stop Online Confirmations.

    Will I still receive paper statements and confirmations?

    No. Once you have signed up for online statements or online confirmations, we will stop mailing paper copies.

  • System Requirements

    What is a PDF and why do I need Adobe Acrobat to view it?

    PDF stands for “portable document format.” This is the format that we use for all documents available on Account Access. This useful format was created by Adobe Systems and requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader application to view it. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can log into Account Access and download it at no cost.

    What are the minimum system requirements?

    Do I need an email address to sign up for online statements and
    Confirmations?

    You are not required to have an email address to sign up for online statements. However, to sign up for Online Confirmations and to receive email notifications, you must have a valid email address on file.

    Is my statement and confirmation information secure?

    Yes. All account information is located behind the secure login of Account Access. Email notifications do not include a copy of the statement or confirmation, nor do they include any account-specific information. Account Access supports 128-bit encryption to ensure your information is secure. To find out more, please go to www.icmarc.org.

    What should I do if I am not receiving email notifications?

    • Check that the email address on file in Account Access is accurate.
    • If the address is correct, check the settings in your email account. Make sure our emails are not getting blocked or going to your spam/junk folder.
    • If you continue to have problems, please email or call Investor Services.

    Who should I contact if I have questions about my statement or confirm?

    If you have questions about how to access your statement or confirmation, or about the content of the statement or confirm, please email or call Investor Services.

    What if I forget my Account Access log-in information?

    If you forget your Account Access log-in information you can easily reset it yourself by going to the Account Access log-in screen and clicking on one of the following links: “Forgot your User ID,” “Forgot your Password,” or “Reset your Account Information.” Or, you may call Investor Services for assistance.

    What if my old statements and confirmations are no longer available for viewing?

    For quarterly statements older than 18 months, you will not be able to use the “Statements and Confirms” menu option. However, you can request a customized statement via Account Access or by calling Investor Services. For confirmations older than 18 months, you may call Investor Services and request that a duplicate confirmation be sent to you.
