ICMA-RC is pleased to inform participants of the City of Philadelphia 457 Plan that the transition to ICMA-RC is complete! Soon, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail detailing the balance in your account. Your beginning balance at ICMA-RC will match your ending balance at Great-West Retirement Solutions.

Your account was created at ICMA-RC using information provided by Great-West. Please take a moment to review your account information for accuracy. During the transition, ICMA-RC updated beneficiary records for your account, however, the date of birth for your beneficiaries was not provided by Great-West. You can update your beneficiaries date of birth by going to Account Access, selecting "Manage My Account" from the menu, "Personal Information" from the sub menu and "Beneficiaries" from the list. You can also visit Account Access for additional information about your account. If you are a new participant and do not yet have an ID, please register here.
