Plan Administration Made Easy

Plan Administration Made Easy

Below are quick tips and reminders to help with plan administration within EZLink.

Pre-Retirement Catch-up Provision
Participants who use the Pre-Retirement Catch-up provision (allowed in 457 plans) must complete the Unused Deferral Worksheet in order to determine the amount that can be contributed above the plan base maximum. Pre-retirement catch-up contributions cannot exceed the total unused deferrals. In EZLink, the worksheet can be found under Forms and Publications, then View/Request Brochures. In Account Access, it's under Forms, then Enroll/Change.

Checking Forfeiture Account Balance
To find your plan's forfeiture balance, in EZLink select View Account for the desired 401 plan. Then select Participants. In the Search Participant field, type "9999" and click Search. This will show the plan's forfeiture balance. For more detailed information, click on the name City Forfeiture.
