Adopt or Change Online Features
Plan sponsors can adopt or change online features for their plan(s). To locate the Online Services Change Form, click Forms & Publications (top right of main landing page). Click on the Download Forms tab, and then select the 401/457 Online Options Form. As an example, if your plan hasn’t already signed up, you may opt to add the online enrollment feature. For any options not listed, please use any of the Contact Us options in EZLink to reach Plan Sponsor Services.

View Recent Reports
From your EZLink dashboard, click on View Account for the plan you want to view. Once you are in the plan, scroll down to see Recently Viewed Reports.
