Check out these tips to help you with plan administration within EZLink.

Providing employment termination dates
As employees leave your employment, we provide an easy process to update each employee’s account through EZLink and, if interested, we offer the ability to upload a batch of termination dates as well.

457/401 plans – updating termination dates manually
You can manually enter each participant’s term date individually, and for 401 plans with a vesting schedule, you're able to confirm and/or update their vesting percentage.

  • Log into EZLink.
  • Hover over the Participants tab.
  • Click Terminate Participant.
  • Search for your employee and follow the prompts to enter their information.
  • For 401 plans with a vesting schedule, you'll also be prompted to verify the participant’s vesting percentage, and this can be updated if necessary.
  • If the participant is in more than one plan, go under each plan and provide their termination date accordingly.
