New Online Enrollment Video Available for Your Employees

Online enrollment is a secure, time-saving, and paperless way for your employees to enroll in their employer-sponsored retirement plan — using their desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. A new video from ICMA-RC highlights the online enrollment feature and how your employees can use it to easily enroll in their 457 or 401 plan.

Employees can access the video from the ICMA-RC Enroll Now page. The video's link, www.icmarc.org/onlineenrollvideo, is provided on our updated Online and Mobile Enrollment Overview for Employees flyer. We encourage you to order the flyer and share it with your employees.

As a reminder, we made several enhancements to the online enrollment process earlier this year, including the addition of dual enrollments, which allows an employee to enroll in multiple plans at one time if applicable; and the print feature, which allows the employee to print the enrollment information at the end of the process, then submit it to the employer for their files.

Earlier in the year, we also created a video for plan sponsors showing the benefits of online enrollment and the ease of running online enrollment reports in EZLink. In addition, we have updated the Online and Mobile Enrollment EZLink Overview for Employers flyer  for your use.
