Paperless Enrollment and Deferrals Options for All Plans

ICMA-RC offers online plan administration for our enrollment and deferral services that complement your plan’s design. We offer a variety of employer-sponsored retirement plans such as 401(a), 403(b), 457(b), and VantageCare Retirement Health Savings, and Payroll IRAs, and we have established an enrollment and deferral experience that can be configured to align with your plan’s rules and operational requirements.

Our enrollment and deferral services help plan sponsors maintain control over the enrollment and deferral process while eliminating the need for paper forms. Eligibility can be controlled through an employer-driven file upload or through a back-end approval process for all participant self-enrollments. Employers with multiple plans can integrate all of their plans into the participant enrollment experience. Deferrals can be managed electronically for elective plans and can be fixed for mandatory plans.
