Simplifying the Enrollment Process

Enrolling employees into your retirement plan is a first big step toward helping them build retirement security, and our video for plan sponsors highlights the ease and benefits of online enrollment — for both you and your employees.

As discussed in the video, online enrollment generally is more secure than mailing or faxing paper forms, which contain personal information; saves you and your employees time; enhances accuracy, as employees' information will be entered directly into our online portal; and is great for the environment because the process is paperless.

Enhancements to the online enrollment process include:

  • Dual enrollments — allows an employee to enroll in multiple plans at one time, if applicable
  • Print enrollment form — allows an employee to print their enrollment information after enrolling online; they can then provide the employer with a copy of the form for their files
