Switching to Automated Clearing House (ACH) Debit Could Save Time and Cut Costs

With significant processing delays experienced at some post offices due to COVID-19 and the resulting reduction in mail processing equipment, we encourage you to use ACH debit for funding.

Using ACH debit saves time and money, including:

  • No wire or check fees
  • Timely delivery of payment compared to mailed checks
  • No lost checks in the mail, which saves you and ICMA-RC time

The Benefits of ACH Debit

If you haven’t done so already, sign up for ACH debit by following these steps:

  • Download and complete the ACH Debit Authorization Form.
    • Email the completed form to PlanAdoptionServices@icmarc.org.
    • EZLink Drop Off the completed form:
      • Log into EZLink.
      • On the Overview page, click on the blue arrow next to the View Plan drop-down menu of the plan you’d like to access.
      • On the Plan Home page, click on the Drop Off File box under File Management.
      • Follow prompts until a confirmation number is received.
    • Fax the completed form to our Workflow Management Team at (202) 682-6439.

Once your request is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to add banking information in EZFile Manager and how to discontinue other forms of payment.
