Diane Iwata is the Manager of Benefits (Health Benefits and Retirement) for BART. She has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources manager/professional and previously worked for the City and County of San Francisco/San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the City of Hayward, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, and the U.S. Attorney's Office. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
